Philadelphia Lone Star FC Announces Youth Pathway Partnership with Gifted Ballers
Philadelphia Lone Star FC is proud to officially announce a strategic youth development partnership with Gifted Ballers, creating a structured and unified pathway for players from grassroots soccer through the club’s academy system.
Through this collaboration, Gifted Ballers will serve as the foundational stage of the development model, working with players ages U8 through U12. Their focus on technical skill development, confidence on the ball, tactical awareness, and fostering a genuine love for the game aligns directly with Philadelphia Lone Star FC’s long-term player philosophy.
As players mature and demonstrate readiness for the next level, they will have a clear and direct pathway into the Philadelphia Lone Star FC U15 Academy program and beyond. This progression ensures continuity in coaching standards, playing identity, and character development.
Samuel Cole, CEO of Gifted Ballers, said:
“This partnership allows us to continue building strong technical foundations while giving our players a clear next step in their journey. We’re excited to align with an organization that values both development and character, and to provide families, including many from immigrant communities, a trusted and accessible soccer pathway.”

Newelli Saie, Sporting Director of Philadelphia Lone Star FC emphasized the long-term vision behind the collaboration:
“Our objective has always been to build a complete developmental pathway — from first touches to high-level competition. Working alongside Gifted Ballers ensures our players develop the right habits early, enter our academy environment prepared, and continue progressing within a professional structure.”

This partnership allows both organizations to:
-
Establish a unified grassroots-to-academy pathway
-
Provide long-term development planning for players and families
-
Strengthen community-based soccer opportunities
-
Maintain a child-centered, development-first environment
Both organizations remain committed to developing confident, disciplined, and technically strong players while keeping the child at the center of the journey.
Additional information regarding transition opportunities, joint training sessions, and community engagement events will be announced in the coming weeks.
Together, we are building more than teams — we are building futures.
