Natalie Pantalone was a four-year midfielder and forward at Williamstown High School where she earned First Team All-Conference and All-State award twice.

Pantalone appeared 17 times for the Drexel University Dragons during the Fall 2018 season before joining Philadelphia Lone Star FC Women for their inaugural season in the WPSL in the summer of 2019.
