Philadelphia Lone Star FC Announces 2026 USL League Two Schedule
Philadelphia, PA — Philadelphia Lone Star FC has officially unveiled its 2026 USL League Two schedule, with the Stars set to open and close the regular season at home during their fifth consecutive year at John Bartram High School Football Stadium.
The Stars begin the 2026 campaign on Saturday, May 9 at 4:00 PM against West Chester United, launching a 14-match Mid-Atlantic Division slate that concludes at home on Saturday, July 11 against Real Central New Jersey.
Returning once again to John Bartram HS Stadium, the club continues to represent Southwest Philadelphia — widely known as “Little Africa” — a community of more than 10,000 African immigrants whose culture and passion are woven into the identity of the Stars.
The schedule features:
-
Two meetings with fierce local rival West Chester United
-
Home-and-away series against Pennsylvania Classics, LVU Rush, Ocean City Nor’easters, Real Central New Jersey, and Delaware FC
-
A single road trip to Reading United AC
-
A home fixture against Eagle FC
-
A competitive stretch in June that will play a pivotal role in divisional positioning
With both the opener and regular-season finale set for John Bartram, supporters will have the opportunity to launch and close the campaign in front of their home crowd.
First Team Head Coach Fatoma Turay shared his thoughts:
“Opening and closing at home is important for us. Our players feed off the energy of our supporters. This league demands consistency, discipline, and belief — and we’re building a group ready to compete every match day.”
The USL League Two regular season runs through mid-July, with playoff qualification determined by divisional standings.
Season tickets go on sale Friday, February 13.
